Tracy Thorpe has been released from the Brother Elephants. Thorpe compiled an 0-2 record in seven appearances with a WHIP of 2.33.
The player likely to replace him name is Carlos Castillo. Castillo is currently on the Elephants minor league roster and he is familiar to the Taipei-based team, having pitched a few innings for them in spring training.
